I’ve started working out and at the moment I’m doing 60-70 sit ups a day, 60 reps with the arm machine thingy and also these stretches they really fucking hurt because they’re streches for the backs of your legs and spine. Its working, I’ve only been doing it for less than a week and I’ve already seen a difference.
im not trying to attention seek so don’t bother reading this. I feel like im such a fucking failure to my mum and its always a competition to who has it worse. On tuesday I spent 8 hours in the company of two dead people. I’d say thats pretty shit but mum went to work that day so thats worse apparently.
